Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand things can shift, so if you can't make it, please let me know as soon as possible! Thank you for respecting my time (and everyone else's confidence journey, too!). To keep things running smoothly and respect our scheduling, please note the following:
48 Hours Notice: Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me time to offer your specialist slot to another client seeking their beautiful Holistic Crown experience.
Late Cancellations/Reschedules: Changes made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a fee of 50% of the services booked.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service. No future appointments will be accepted until fees have been paid.
Late Policy
We offer a 10-minute grace period because life happens & we all have those "oops" moments!
We know life can get busy, and sometimes running a little late is unavoidable. If you're running behind, no worries just let me know!
However, after 10 minutes, we will need to reschedule your appointment. This is because providing your Holistic Crown transformation requires 100% of my focus and time. We want to avoid rushing your expert blend and scalp-centered treatment!
