Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand things can shift, so if you can't make it, please let me know as soon as possible!
48 Hours Notice: Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations/Reschedules: Changes made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a fee of 50% of the services booked.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service. No future appointments will be accepted until fees have been paid.
Late Policy
We offer a 15-minute grace period because life happens & we all have those "oops" moments!
We know life can get busy, and sometimes running a little late is unavoidable. If you're running behind, no worries just let me know!
However, after 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We want to avoid rushing your expert blend and scalp-centered treatment!
