Over 26 years of hands-on expertise across the beauty industry, Maete has worked with clients at every stage of their hair journey — from women experiencing their first extension installation to those recovering from years of salon-induced damage. What she discovered, again and again, was the same painful pattern: beautiful extensions installed without regard for the scalp beneath them, creating a cycle of damage, loss, and diminishing confidence.
